Class makeup

Ok, there's been a wave of sickness going around. I myself just recovered the other day, it's a killer. So I thought I'd get us all caught up online. First order of business will be the make up... Better to have all three here so we can be on the same page. Is there any day that will work for an extra class? I know Tuesday didn't work. Also for next week, we can go til 10pm if you want. And we can start as early as 5pm. 

Next week is the last week campus is open. We can do that following weekend, but I'll have to arrange another place to have class. Which I can do. Then xmas, so anything else will have to be in Spring. one possibility is a day or weeklong show somewhere. 

Send me all your availabilities and I'll do my best to make a place for us all to be.

that said, for next week, Let's look at this as a workshop toward a finished piece. Send me a round about proposal that you want to accomplish, I can see what extra material I have on hand to help you accomplish this.

some of the possibilities
1. Resonating object with your transducers
2. speaker as sculpture
3. sound according to a space. 

I'll have all the extension cables and wires will need to go to pretty much anywhere in this building.

Some of you have a project already in mind, and if any of you have a specific project outside of the workshops so far, let me know and I can get on the right track for next week.

project supplies, for you pt 1: motion sensors

Motion sensors are in many things from halloween toys, antitheft alarms, to practically everything in our phone. But to make a more successful and interesting sensor and sound piece where you can change out sounds and customize it here is what you will need for the class. (This will work with video as well if you want to go a step further in the future.
